Position Overview As an OT, you'll help patients develop, regain, or maintain the skills needed for daily living and working. Your impact will go beyond therapy sessions—you'll help people reclaim their routines, independence, and quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient evaluations and develop customized treatment plans Provide therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, coordination, and ADLs Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive techniques and equipment Document progress and adjust care plans as needed Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and medical teams
Qualifications:
