Job Description

Occupational Therapist
  • OT Home Health, Tucson, AZ local or travel 13 weeks
Shift:
M-F , 8am
  • 5pm, 40 hours per week On-call info: On-call required if requested
  • on-call needs are subject to change based on staff and branch needs hours may vary depending on appointments scheduled, please discuss expectations with candidates before submitting.
Productivity Units:
30 units
Qualifications:
HCHB, Oasis, an Addd HH experience required 32 hours guaranteed Skills Current state license as an Occupational Therapist
  • Required Proof of current CPR certification
  • Required Current driver's license
  • Required Reliable transportation and insurance
  • Required Two years experience as an Occupational Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting
  • Required
HCHB EMR
