Compensation can be for full time or part time, salaried, hourly, or PRN/per visit. Pay rates have averaged $75 to $125 per hour depending on factors often contolled by the therapists. Because

VISIT, hourly rates are estimates, based on how efficiently time is used for visits, documentation, and travel. Using the same visit rate, hourly estimates will vary from one therapist to another. Our therapists are not required to do Oasis Starts of Care! Mileage reimbursement is $.50 per mile Paid sick/family leave time off.
