Four 10-hour shifts (7:00am-5:30pm), offering optimal work-life balanceWeekend:
Every 3rd weekendOrientation:
8 hours tailored to rehab modalities Unique uniform: Provided polo or button-down shirts in burgundy, with dark solid pantsQualifications:
Active California Occupational Therapy license Current BLS certification (required) Minimum 2 years of OT experience, including at least 1 year in acute care hospital settings Comfortable working within a collaborative rehab team (PT, OT, Speech) Open to first-time travelers eager to expand their clinical perspectiveKey Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive OT services as part of a multidisciplinary team Utilize Cerner EMR system for patient documentation and care planning Demonstrate clinical initiative under the guidance of a supportive Manager (available weekdays) Collaborate with PT aides and allied professionals to optimize patient outcomes Participate in a fair rotation for holidays and weekendsTravel & Professional Perks:
