This position is intended for therapists who want flexible home health visit volume, local routes, and one-on-one care with older adults in the home setting.
Coverage area:
Beverly Hills, Culver City, El Segundo, Venice, Los Angeles 90034, 90066,
Westwood Schedule:
Weekdays, weekends, or both Visit volume: Part-time visit volume Responsibilities Complete appropriate home health visits Communicate schedule and patient updates Complete documentation within expected timelines Coordinate with HHL support when questions or scheduling issues come up. Requirements Active California license for the listed discipline Reliable transportation Ability to document on your own device Comfort communicating with patients, families, agencies, and the HHL team.
