PRN We are hiring Occupational Therapists (OT), to support an In-House program Whether you're interested in flexibility or a long-term commitment, we can accommodate you. Expect the following conditions when you join a dynamic in-house program
  • Very reasonable and achievable productivity standard
  • Flexible work hours during the week and weekend
  • Privately owned SNF
  • Optima/NetHealth software
  • Very easy-going Administrators, DON and staff
  • Energetic rehab teams with positive attitudes
  • Well equipped therapy gyms Responsibilities Assess patients' needs and develop tailored treatment plans based on their specific conditions.
Provide therapeutic interventions to assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals. Conduct discharge planning to ensure a smooth transition for patients returning home or moving to the next level of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Educate patients and their families on techniques to improve daily living activities. Timely completion of daily and weekly documentation of patient treatments and progress Requirements
  • Active California OT license
