Requirements:

Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Occupational Therapy license in the state Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations is highly preferred Strong ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with students, staff, and families Commitment to creating inclusive, supportive learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy interventions for students Support classroom participation and functional performance in school settings Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting Consult with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to integrate therapeutic strategies Assist with referral and eligibility processes as needed Advocate for student access and participation in all aspects of their education
