Setting:

School-Based Key Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations for students Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and goals Provide direct and consultative OT services in classroom and small-group settings Support fine motor, sensory processing, and self-regulation skills Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families Maintain compliant documentation and progress reports Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions Qualifications Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy Active state OT license (or ability to obtain) NBCOT certification required School-based or pediatric experience preferred Knowledge of IEP processes and special education laws is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive full-time salary (based on experience) Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid time off, holidays, and school breaks Continuing education (CEU) support Predictable school schedule with work-life balance Compensation for this position ranges from $43.86 to $63.86.
