Occupational Therapist (OT) - Home Health Full-Time |
Field-Based Location:
Elk Grove/Galt Salary:
$120,000 - $135,000 base + Unlimited Bonus Potential We are seeking a motivated Occupational Therapist to join a high-performing home health team. This role offers excellent compensation, flexible scheduling, small targeted territories, and strong clinical support—allowing you to focus on patient care without unnecessary admin burden.
What You'll Do:
Provide skilled OT services to patients in their homes Conduct home safety assessments and fall prevention Address functional mobility, pain management, and chronic conditions Educate patients and caregivers Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
