$72,000•79,200 annually ($45•55) We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide pediatric therapy services to children in a supportive and collaborative environment. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by helping children develop the skills needed for success at home, in school, and in their communities. Requirements Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current Indiana Occupational Therapist license or eligibility for licensure Current CPR certification (preferred) Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy services to improve fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, and functional skills. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Educate parents and caregivers on home exercise programs and therapeutic strategies. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, educators, and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with regulatory standards.
