This position also involves supervising a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA), so strong leadership and communication abilities are essential.

Key Qualifications:

Current OT licensure in California Experience delivering occupational therapy services in school settings Confidence and competence in supervising and mentoring a COTA Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and support staff Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation Strong organizational and time management skills Compassion, patience, and a positive attitude toward student development

Role Responsibilities:
