Compensation & Schedule Pay Rate:
$60- 65+ per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities include:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals. Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and achieve treatment goals. Supervise and provide guidance to Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs). Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, discharge planning, and home safety. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment interventions as appropriate. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain compliance with professional standards, facility policies, and applicable regulations. Qualifications Current and valid California Occupational Therapist (OT) license required. Strong clinical and communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Compassionate, professional, and patient-centered approach. Previous post-acute, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation experience preferred.
