Job Description

A&C Medical Center is seeking a dependable and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team. Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide occupational therapy for orthopedic injuries, hand conditions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and work-related injuries. Help patients improve strength, range of motion, coordination, fine motor skills, and ability to perform daily activities. Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. Complete timely and accurate documentation in the EHR. Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and activity modification. Supervise and coordinate care with Occupational Therapy Assistants when applicable. Work closely with physicians, therapists, and clinic staff to support patient recovery. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized treatment environment. Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist license in good standing. Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Current CPR/BLS certification. Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Experience in orthopedics, hand therapy, workers' compensation, sports medicine, or post-surgical rehabilitation preferred. Preferred Hand therapy experience. Workers' compensation experience. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems. Bilingual English/Spanish or English/Chinese is a plus.

Pay:

$45.85 - $55.58 per hour
