About the Opportunity Are you looking for a flexible and rewarding opportunity to work with infants, toddlers, and their families? Little Hands Big Dreams Pediatric Therapy is a therapist-owned pediatric practice providing individualized, relationship-based occupational therapy services to young children and families throughout Orange County. We are looking for a caring, motivated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our growing Early Intervention team. This position is ideal for an OT who enjoys working with children from birth to three years of age, values family collaboration, and wants the flexibility to build a schedule that fits their lifestyle. Services are provided primarily in children's natural environments, including their homes, daycare settings, and community environments. What We Offer Competitive pay of $55-$60/hour , based on experience Flexible scheduling Ability to build a caseload based on your availability Paid travel time Paid mileage between client visits Flexible service areas throughout Orange County Supportive, therapist-owned practice Professional support and mentorship Continuing education support Opportunity to work closely with infants, toddlers, and their families Child-led, play-based, and relationship-based approach to therapy Opportunity to grow your caseload as the practice continues to expand Job Responsibilities Provide individualized occupational therapy services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays and diverse developmental needs Provide services in children's natural environments, including homes, daycare settings, and community-based environments Support children in areas including sensory processing and regulation, fine and gross motor development, coordination, feeding, self-care, play, and participation in everyday routines Collaborate closely with parents and caregivers to develop practical strategies that support the child's development within daily routines Follow each child's Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) and work toward established developmental outcomes Complete evaluations, progress reports, and other required clinical documentation in a timely manner Communicate and collaborate with families, service coordinators, and other members of the child's interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate documentation and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and applicable state and federal requirements Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapy license Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Pediatric experience preferred Early Intervention experience preferred Experience providing home-based services is a plus Strong clinical reasoning and interpersonal skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with families and the interdisciplinary team Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client locations within the therapist's assigned service area We are looking for an occupational therapist who believes that meaningful development begins through connection, play, and relationships.
