La Mesa, CA We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist who is committed to providing quality rehabilitation services in our skilled nursing facility and helping our residents achieve their highest level of independence and function.Responsibilities:
- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions addressing ADLs, mobility, cognition, and adaptive techniques.
- Document all therapy services in accordance with state and facility guidelines.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal resident outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of CA.
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current BLS/CPR certification required.
- Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred.
