Occupational Therapist (OT)

Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN Pay:

$55-$60/hour Parkway Hills is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join a collaborative therapy team focused on delivering consistent, high-quality care. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an interdisciplinary team in a setting where communication is strong, expectations are clear, and therapy is integrated into the overall plan of care.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans Provide skilled therapy to support independence, mobility, and ADLs Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and the interdisciplinary team to support care planning Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate Maintain accurate and compliant documentation

What You'll Need:

Active Occupational Therapy license in California Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting preferred Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage a caseload independently Team-oriented approach with a focus on resident-centered care
