Qualifications & Experience:

Active California Occupational Therapy license Experience working in school settings is strongly preferred Additional expertise in home health, healthcare, or teletherapy OT is a plus Comfortable adapting therapy for diverse student needs across all age groups Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered therapy approaches

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to identify student needs and develop tailored treatment plans Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services in person and/or virtually Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes Maintain thorough documentation of evaluations, interventions, and progress reports Participate in IEP/504 meetings and contribute expert input to support each students educational journey Proactively advocate for student access and accommodations within the learning environment Enjoy the security and advantages of working with a respected staffing partner.
