Qualifications & Experience Preferred:
Active California Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility by start date) Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued Passion for working with students across K-12 grade levels Ability to adapt to different educational settings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and provide therapy services for a diverse caseload of K-12 students Develop and implement individualized intervention plans Collaborate with teachers, families, and staff to support student progress Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning sessions
