Schedule/Hours:
Preference for Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule
Qualifications:
Active California Occupational Therapist license (or eligible under the 60 Day Rule) Previous skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience preferred (mentorship is available for new graduates) Strong documentation and time-management abilities Adaptable, collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams Willingness to float to a nearby sister facility as needed
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing setting Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes Complete timely and accurate documentation within the Net Health system, adhering to facility standards
