An Occupational Therapist helps patients with injuries, illnesses, and disabilities recover, improve, or develop skills needed for everyday activities. Assists people with mobility impairments to move easily around their homes; develops school and workplace settings that are accessible for individuals with physical or mental disabilities. May specialize in certain types of impairments or certain categories of patients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
Primarily work with the early intervention population (in-home) Provide therapy services Provide education and support to patients and their families Maintain secure and accurate documentation Minimum Qualifications and Requirements Valid CA state license Must have At least One year experience working with children with developmental disorders/delays or children ages 0-3 (required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willing to travel to nearby cities Minimum 10 hours of Availability for work Other requirements include: Has trainings or willing to complete trainings on: CPR/first aid, mandated reporter, sexual harassment prevention, blood-borne pathogens Resume Driver's license and car insurance LiveScan First Aid/CPR or BLS required TB test
