Job Description

Step into a rewarding role as an Occupational Therapist, serving K-12 students for the upcoming 26/27 school year. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing essential therapy services onsite in a nearby school environment. This full-time, contract position offers the chance to collaborate with dedicated educators and families, helping students reach their fullest potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

Current California Occupational Therapist license required Previous experience in a school setting or working with pediatric caseloads preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families Ability to implement and track intervention plans tailored to individual needs Flexibility and organization to manage a full-time caseload across various grade levels

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12, addressing physical, sensory, and functional skills Develop individualized treatment plans and goals in partnership with educational teams Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of progress Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents Provide consultation and support to school staff on strategies that enhance student participation and learning This position comes with the advantage of competitive weekly pay, in addition to health, dental, and vision insurance.
