Pay Range:

Job Title Physical Rehabilitation Network (PRN) and its Family of Brands is seeking to recruit & hire a Occupational Therapist. About the Role The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing occupational therapy programs to help patients develop or regain daily living skills. They will work closely with patients to improve their physical, mental, and emotional well-being, ensuring their ability to engage in meaningful activities. Duties & Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine patients' functional abilities, limitations, and goals. Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic care. Administer occupational therapy treatments including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, activities of daily living (ADL) training, and adaptive equipment provision based on individual needs of each patient. Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques, home exercises, and adaptive strategies to maximize independence. Regularly reassess patients' progress and modify treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient evaluations, progress reports, and treatment plans according to regulatory standards. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and rehabilitation team members, to ensure coordinated patient care. Adhere to ethical, legal, and professional standards, maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Meet the needs of having patient execute Plan of Care including but not limited to following up with patients if noncompliance occurs Be a team player to utilize nonclinical staff to support needs of the caseload (IE play nice with aides and PSRs that help support the staff) Delegate to COTA when applicable Drive a collaborative culture based on our service vision Adapt to change in patient schedules and daily patterns Keep updated on advancements in occupational therapy techniques, technologies, and best practices, integrating them into clinical practice as appropriate Skills & Qualifications Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitation setting is preferred Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, critical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive and competitive compensation package designed to support both personal and professional well being.
