Advanced Therapy Resources Provide high-quality care using advanced therapy modalities, including:- Electrical Stimulation (E-Stim)
- Ultrasound
- Diathermy You'll also receive support and clinical guidance from our onsite PAM Certified Director of Rehabilitation .
Responsibilities include:
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life
- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care
- Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic techniques
- Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Qualifications
- Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
