What You'll Do As an Occupational Therapist, you'll help residents regain the skills they need to safely perform everyday activities and maximize their independence.
Responsibilities include:
  • Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide skilled therapeutic interventions focused on improving functional independence and quality of life
  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate resident care
  • Educate residents and families on adaptive equipment, home safety, and therapeutic techniques
  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans to achieve the best possible outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards Qualifications
  • Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing
