Occupational Therapist (OT) | Up to $62/hr | Oakland, CA Full Time | Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm | Direct Hire If you're an Occupational Therapist (OT) who wants more time with patients and less pressure from productivity quotas, this opportunity is for you. Whether you've worked as an Occupational Therapy professional, Rehab Therapist, or Geriatric Occupational Therapist, you'll join a collaborative PACE team focused on helping seniors stay independent and safe at home. This is purpose-driven care without RVUs or fee-for-service demands. Why You Should Apply Earn up to $62/hr with stable full-time hours Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm schedule No productivity quotas or fee-for-service pressure Interdisciplinary team-based care model Direct-hire opportunity with comprehensive benefits What You'll Do Conduct initial OT evaluations and required reassessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Address ADLs, balance, endurance, cognition, pain management, and muscle re-education Recommend DME, adaptive equipment, and home modifications Collaborate with PCPs, nurses, social workers, and rehab staff Educate caregivers, families, and therapy aides Delegate and supervise OTAs in accordance with CA regulations Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance standards What You'll Need Bachelor's degree from an ACOTE-approved Occupational Therapy program Active California Occupational Therapist license Current CPR and First Aid certification Valid CA driver's license, reliable vehicle, and insurance Ability to travel to participant homes and multiple sites 1+ year experience with geriatric or frail elderly populations preferred Ready to Apply?
