Job Description

Looking to join a well-established clinic with a collaborative team and focus on providing excellent care and clinical training? We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our multidisciplinary team of 10 SLP/OT/PTs. We have been providing speech, occupational and physical therapy services with a client and family centered approach for 20 years. The clinic provides therapy individual treatment for children birth to 22 with a wide variety of diagnoses. The clinic has private treatment offices and 2 large gyms. All staff are employees and there is no need to provide your own materials as the clinic has all the resources you will ever need. Excellent comprehensive benefits package. Previous pediatric experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Applicants must hold a CA Occupational Therapist or COTA license Current CPR Certification Minimum of 1 year pediatric experience (preferred) Feeding experience preferred (will train) Collaborative team player Love and compassion for children

Full-Time M-F in clinic position Responsibilities Evaluate pediatric patients and develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient skills and support daily living activities. Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercises. Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and treatment outcomes. Ensure compliance with privacy and safety protocols .
