ActionOnsite is seeking a PRN Injury Prevention Specialist to support industrial athletes in fast-paced warehouse and distribution environments throughout Ontario, CA. This is a great opportunity for clinicians who enjoy movement-based care, injury prevention, ergonomics, and hands-on employee coaching while working independently onsite.
We're Looking For:
Physical Therapists (PT/PTA) Occupational Therapists (OT/COTA) Certified Athletic Trainers (ATC) What You'll Do Provide OSHA first-aid level support Assist employees with early discomfort intervention Coach safe body mechanics and movement strategies Perform ergonomic observations and job coaching Lead stretch and flex or movement preparation sessions Support a proactive injury prevention culture onsite Complete clear and timely documentation Why Clinicians Love This Role Flexible PRN scheduling Supplemental income opportunity No traditional clinic environment Functional movement and ergonomic focus Independent onsite work with strong operations support Opportunity to work across multiple industrial settings What We're Looking For Active clinical license or ATC certification Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable in warehouse, manufacturing, or industrial settings Able to adapt quickly and work independently Orthopedic, sports medicine, or ergonomics experience preferred Preferred Experience CEAS I or CEAS II Industrial injury prevention Functional movement coaching OSHA first aid knowledge Important PRN Information This is an as-needed/on-call role: Hours are not guaranteed Schedule varies based on site needs Short-notice coverage opportunities may occur Ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility or additional income Join a growing team focused on proactive injury prevention, employee wellness, and ergonomic support—not reactive healthcare.
