Want autonomy to treat patients as you see fit and set your own schedule? Give us a call! We are a unique mobile outpatient therapy group where we see patients in their homes and community! Due to our solid reputation here in the desert we are currently expanding our TEAM across the Valley. Why join On The Move?
- Work independently! You choose the clients that are right for you.
- Work as few or as many hours as you would like. Prefer minimum of 4-5 hours per week but can also accommodate 40+.
- You make the schedule that works for you and the client and you see them based on what you feel their needs are to meet their goals!
- See clients 1-on-1. No double or triple booking. You won't have 16+
- clients on your calendar for an 8 hr day.
- No office politics or productivity standards.
- No OASIS paperwork, homebound status, or visit vitals if not clinically needed.
- Higher functioning clients than if working Home Health.
- No weekends unless that is your choice!
