Our rehab team at the 99-bed boasts of an experienced team of professionals and administrative staff who are able to provide high-quality care and support to a growing number of resident population and family members, while simultaneously supporting each other in our exciting, high-caseload setting. Responsibilities include the day-to-day activities in the rehabilitation department. This includes but is not limited to the delivery of direct and indirect services to patients, supervision of all therapy personnel, interviewing and recommending new hires, and training of all therapy personnel. DOR is responsible for delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out all assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Licensed in the state of CA as a Occupational Therapist. Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility setting preferred, but not required. Able to use the computer for the purposes of accessing and utilizing electronic medical documentation.
