Evaluate and treat residents according to individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and support staff Provide training to nursing staff and families to support residents' independence Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards 💼

Qualifications:
