At Western Slope Health Center , we're seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team on an on-call basis . Here, you'll work alongside dedicated professionals in a supportive, collaborative environment that values teamwork, clinical excellence, and patient-centered care. β¨What You'll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents according to individualized care plans Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) and support staff Provide training to nursing staff and families to support residents' independence Maintain accurate documentation and uphold compliance standards πΌWhat We Offer:
