Travel Occupational Therapist Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a travel assignment in San Andreas, CA. The OT will evaluate and treat patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients improve their independence with daily living activities while working as part of an interdisciplinary healthcare team. Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients according to physician referrals. Develop and update individualized treatment plans. Document patient evaluations, treatments, and progress. Supervise COTAs in accordance with state regulations. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and families. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs. Maintain compliance with facility policies and safety standards. Requirements Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD). Active California Occupational Therapist license (or ability to obtain). Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills. Previous experience is preferred but not required.
