About the Role We are seeking skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapists (O.T.s) to join our growing team across the Bay Area. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, patient-centered, collaborative, and committed to helping patients regain independence, safety, and dignity in their daily lives at home. As an AlphaCare O.T., you will play a critical role in restoring functional independence for patients recovering from illness, injury, or functional decline. You will evaluate patients in the home environment, develop individualized treatment plans, and help patients rebuild the skills needed for daily living. You will also collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, therapists, and caregivers to ensure coordinated, outcome-driven care. Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist (O.T.) license required New graduates are welcome to apply Strong clinical assessment and functional evaluation skills Ability to work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills Valid California Driver's License required Multilingual abilities are strongly valued Responsibilities As an AlphaCare OT, your role is to deliver more than task-based therapy. You are responsible for helping patients regain independence, confidence, and safety in their daily lives.

Responsibilities include:
