Occupational Therapist (Home Health) •$10,000 Sign-On Bonus Available for
Eligible Full-Time Occupational Therapists Pay:
$65.00 - $75.00 per hour
DOE Coverage Areas:
We work with clinicians to assign territories based on their home location and preferred service area. Opportunities are available throughout the San Francisco, Peninsula, South Bay, and East Bay regions. What We Offer $10,000 Sign-On Bonus for eligible full-time hires Competitive hourly pay: $65-$75 per hour DOE Flexible scheduling Supportive clinical leadership Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patients' lives Growing organization with advancement opportunities New graduate-friendly environment Position Summary The Occupational Therapist provides skilled occupational therapy services in patients' homes under physician orders and an individualized plan of care. The OT works collaboratively with patients, caregivers, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to improve functional independence, safety, and quality of life. Responsibilities Provide skilled occupational therapy services in accordance with physician orders and the established plan of care Evaluate patient functional abilities and assist in developing and revising individualized treatment plans Implement therapeutic interventions to improve self-care, mobility, safety, and independence Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, adaptive equipment, and home safety strategies Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as clinically appropriate Document patient visits, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and care team members Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care coordination activities Maintain compliance with all regulatory, agency, and documentation requirements Provide staff education and training as directed by clinical leadership Supervise Occupational Therapy Aides in accordance with applicable regulations Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff meetings Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Current California Occupational Therapist License required Valid California Driver's License Current automobile insurance Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Home health experience preferred but not required New graduates are encouraged to apply Physical Requirements Ability to lift, transfer, and move up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to travel between patient homes within assigned territory Apply Today If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to provide one-on-one patient care while enjoying flexibility and strong clinical support, we'd love to hear from you.
