Occupational Therapist School Setting in San Jacinto, CA Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 San Jacinto, CA Job Details Contract $38 - $70 an hour 22 hours ago Qualifications Master's degree Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting students from transitional kindergarten through 12th grade with your expertise in occupational therapy. This role is onsite, covering several school locations near San Jacinto, CA, and runs from August 6, 2026, through February 12, 2027—with the potential to extend throughout the full academic year. As the primary Occupational Therapist, you will impact the daily lives of approximately 55 students, providing individualized services tailored to each unique set of IEP goals. The focus extends beyond direct service: you'll also collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to remove barriers, enhance functional skill development, and help students meaningfully access their curriculum across multiple sites. What you'll bring: An active Occupational Therapist license in California Previous experience leading and participating in IEP meetings Familiarity with SEIS preferred, or a capacity to learn new documentation tools quickly High comfort level with technology and digital platforms for service tracking and documentation Ability to manage and travel between several school sites Your responsibilities will include: Delivering occupational therapy services as stipulated in student IEPs Maintaining accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, progress notes, and service delivery Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to the planning and monitoring of student goals Collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress If you thrive in a dynamic school environment and are passionate about helping students develop essential life skills, this contract is an excellent fit.
