Occupational Therapist (FT) 911 Bern Ct, San Jose, CA 95112, USA •Full-Time About the Job Must have at least one year of experience working in pediatrics, experience in a private practice setting is a huge plus! Solid leadership, communication and interpersonal skills are required. Experience in training, mentoring and supervising COTAs and OTs preferred. Guaranteed Salary whether patients reschedule, cancels, or no show! We take care of our team so they can take care of our patients! We are looking for fantastic SLPAs (and SLPs) to join a close-knit team of brilliant and caring STs and OTs in a Private Practice!
Desired Skills:
Must have at least one year of experience with pediatrics occupational therapy preferably in a private practice setting. Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.

Requirements:
