Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding opportunity as an Occupational Therapist supporting students across a dynamic K-12 environment. This contract position offers the chance to make a meaningful impact with a K-12 Caseload near San Luis Obispo, CA for the 2026-2027 School Year.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
Current and valid OT licensure for the state Previous experience with K-12 populations in a school-based setting Strong communication and organizational skills, collaborating effectively with teachers, staff, and families Ability to assess and provide personalized interventions to students with varying needs
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy services to students to promote their academic success, participation, and independence Evaluate students' needs and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) focusing on skill development Collaborate with educational teams, including teachers, other therapists, and families, to create effective intervention strategies Maintain accurate, compliant documentation of student progress and services provided Participate in meetings and provide input on student progress, goals, and accommodations
Compensation Details:
Hourly Pay:
