Home Health Occupational Therapist (OT) Per Diem | San Mateo County — Dedicated Territory Assigned We are currently looking for a compassionate, organized, and team-oriented individual to fill the role of Occupational Therapist (OT) position for the SF - Peninsula area. You will be assigned to one dedicated territory — San Mateo County — so you can build familiarity with your patients and your area without being stretched across both.

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$125,000 - $150,000 per year (based on experience)

Performance Bonus:

Up to 25% of base salary tied to quality metrics and clinical outcomes

Total Earning Potential:

$156,250 - $187,500 per year
