This contract position offers the opportunity to collaborate and make a lasting difference in a supportive educational environment just outside San Miguel, CA. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work closely with a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) and serve students across various grade levels during the full academic year.

Key Qualifications:

Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Previous experience working in a school-based setting preferred Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills Familiarity with IEP development and implementation Ability to effectively support students with diverse needs Commitment to fostering an inclusive, supportive learning environment

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct OT services to students according to IEP goals and established schedules Partner with COTA to plan and implement individualized interventions Conduct assessments, write evaluation reports, and contribute to IEP meetings Maintain detailed documentation of sessions, progress, and outcomes Provide consultation to teachers and staff regarding strategies and accommodations Engage with parents and educational teams to monitor and adjust support as needed Adapt approach to meet the unique needs and strengths of each student Perks of the
