Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding, contract-based opportunity as a full-time Occupational Therapist serving students in the vibrant Sebastopol area for the entire 2026-2027 school year. Key Qualifications:
Hold a current Occupational Therapist Registration (OTR) and relevant state licensure Experience in school-based OT, or strong interest in pediatric and educational settings Skilled in conducting evaluations, developing individualized plans, and documenting progress Excellent communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering student growth and independence
Core Responsibilities:
Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students across various grade levels Assess students' abilities and needs through thorough evaluations and observations Develop, implement, and regularly update Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals in collaboration with school staff and families Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other related service providers to support student engagement and participation in the classroom Maintain accurate records, progress reports, and documentation according to school and professional standards Engage in professional development and training opportunities as needed This contract position for the 2026-2027 school year allows you to make a profound impact on students' lives, supporting them in developing essential skills for daily living and academic success.
