Key Qualifications:
Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid and current Occupational Therapist license in California Previous experience in pediatric or school settings strongly preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to adapt therapy techniques to diverse student needs
Role Responsibilities:
Assess and evaluate students to identify motor, sensory, and adaptive challenges Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with staff and families Deliver engaging occupational therapy interventions that foster independence and academic growth Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust plans as needed Provide education, consultation, and resources to teachers and families Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions You'll enjoy weekly pay at a competitive rate commensurate with experience.
