Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid Occupational Therapist license in California Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred Familiarity with IEPs, assessment, and progress documentation Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Strong commitment to student development, function, and inclusion

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct, individualized occupational therapy services to students Participate in IEP development, attend meetings, and provide professional input Conduct thorough student evaluations and document progress toward therapy goals Design and implement interventions that support academic and functional skill growth Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other support professionals Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with school/district guidelines
