Minimum Education Requirement :
Meets educational requirements for NBCOT certification b.
Minimum Experience Requirement :
3 years of experience is required. Excellent customer service skills required. c.
Minimum License Requirement :
Current California licensure as an Occupational Therapist. BLS Required. NBCOT registration required. Annual 2 hours of stroke education required for those working at QVH Delivering world-class health care one patient at a time.
Pay Range:
