Flexible Schedule Compensation:

$70-$80 per treatment session, depending on experience and qualifications About Us We are a growing pediatric therapy practice dedicated to providing play-based and family-centered services to children and families throughout Los Angeles County. We specialize in working with young children ages 0-3 and believe in supporting development through meaningful interactions, collaboration with caregivers, and individualized care. Our practice values connection, creativity, and building strong relationships with families while empowering therapists with flexibility, support, and autonomy. We strive to create a positive and collaborative environment where both children and clinicians can thrive. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to pediatric clients in home and community settings
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals
• Educate and collaborate with parents/caregivers
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Maintain professional communication with families and team members Qualifications
• Active California Occupational Therapy license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children 0-3 years old
• Experience with early intervention and parent coaching preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage schedule effectively
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
