Key Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapy license in California Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting strongly preferred Comfortable working in person on-site at a single school location Adept at providing direct OT services for a diverse student population Skilled in participating in and contributing to IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver effective, personalized occupational therapy services directly to students in grades 2-12 Maintain accurate, timely documentation of evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support each student's individual goals Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings to shape student-specific therapy interventions Manage a flexible schedule: typically 12 direct service hours per week; when IEP meetings are held, the role expands up to 18 hours weekly
