This on-site, full-time contract opportunity seeks talented Occupational Therapists to support diverse learners with a wide range of abilities. Assignments may vary from working at a single campus to itinerant positions where you'll impact several schools. Ideal candidates bring expertise in school-based occupational therapy and thrive in independent settings, swiftly adapting to changing caseloads and collaborating smoothly with educational teams. A strong understanding of the Special Education process, familiarity with standardized assessments, and confidence with educational terminology are essential in this dynamic position. What we're looking for: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Current, active OT license for the state of California School-based OT experience or knowledge of related educational guidelines preferred Comfortable navigating the K-12 environment; experience with students across all grade levels Proficiency in conducting assessments, supporting IEP goals, and documenting progress Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Strong communication skills with educators, families, and support staff Flexibility for itinerant assignments and varied scheduling In this role, you will: Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students Perform assessments and evaluations using standardized protocols Develop, implement, and monitor individualized intervention plans Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams during the Special Education process Communicate findings and recommendations to staff and families Adapt strategies for diverse caseloads and changing assignment needs As you contribute to student success, you'll gain valuable school-based experience with the excitement of serving different campuses and unique communities.
