Job Summary Certified Hand Therapy Services, LLC is seeking an experience Certified Hand Therapist to join our specialized outpatient clinic in Boulder, CO on a part-time basis. Our independently owned practice focuses exclusively on the evaluation and treatment of upper-extremity conditions. We treat a diverse and active patient population, including post operative patients and individuals with complex hand and upper extremity conditions. Responsibilities Assess patients' hand and upper extremity conditions through comprehensive occupational therapy or physical therapy evaluations, including anatomy and physiology knowledge. Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring function, reducing pain, and improving daily activities. Provide patient care by guiding therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and custom orthosis fabrication and fitting. Document clinical findings accurately in electronic health records (EHR), ensuring compliance with medical documentation standards and medical terminology. Experience Current Colorado OT or PT license and CHT credential. Strong clinical skills in evaluating and treating upper extremity conditions Strong background in pediatric occupational therapy or physical therapy, including early intervention and school-based services. Experience with post operative upper extremity rehabilitation and custom orthosis fabrication. Excellent communication, documentation, and patient care skills.
