Job Description

Pediatric Home Health Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Location:

Boulder, CO (serving Boulder & Weld counties).

Status:

Full-Time (19+ visits/week) | Part-Time (15+ visits/week) |

A Therapist-Owned Agency with a Mission WellTech Partners has recently joined forces with a Pediatric Home Health Agency out of Boulder, CO, that is looking to expand their team. You will be joining a company that is therapist owned and run to offer quality care - not corporate profits. Children (ages 0-20) thrive in their natural environments, and parents become more effective advocates when therapy happens where life happens. We are deeply committed to health equity: 80% of our patients utilize Medicaid or state-funded sources. We serve the families who need us most. Compensation & Benefits We offer a transparent, experience-based pay scale: Visit rate: $52.25 per visit. Sign-on bonus. Full-Time Benefits (Avg. 19+ visits/week):

• Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance. IRA with employer match. Part-Time Status (Min. 10 visits/week): Flexible scheduling to balance work and life, must be at 19 or move visits/week to receive full benefits. Flexible scheduling - you make your own schedule. Responsibilities Clinical Excellence:

Provide skilled OT services under the supervision of a licensed OTR/L, adapting activities during sessions to meet each child's unique goals.

Early Intervention:

Carry out IFSP-aligned interventions for the Early Intervention Colorado Program (birth-3).

Family Coaching:

Educate families on home activities and strategies recommended by the OT to ensure progress continues between visits.

Modern Documentation:

Utilize InSync EMR for efficient, mobile-friendly charting and scheduling.

Collaboration:

Work closely with your supervising OT and the interdisciplinary team, contributing observations for plan updates and maintaining high ethical standards.

Qualifications Licensure:

Current Colorado COTA license (or eligible).

Experience:

Pediatric experience preferred; home health or early intervention experience is a major plus.

Skills:

Strong communication, organization, and a "whole family" approach to care.

Reliability:

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation for home visits throughout the Boulder community.
