Role:

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide in-home therapy to children from birth through age 18 in Broomfield, CO . You'll work directly with families to support developmental progress and improve daily function through individualized care delivered in a comfortable, familiar setting.

Compensation & Scheduling:

Competitive Pay:

$70.00 - $85.00 per routine visit

Start of Care Visits:

Up to $120 per

SOC Part-Time Caseload:

10-20 visits per week

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans Provide therapy to improve fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and other functional areas Educate families and caregivers to support therapy goals at home Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
