Role Overview:
We're looking for a dedicated and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.

Compensation:
$60,000
  • $104,000 per year
Sign On Bonus:
$10,000 for Full-time What You'll Do Evaluate and treat pediatric clients (ages 0-21) in outpatient and virtual settings Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, family-centered care Complete evaluations, progress notes, and documentation efficiently and on time
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out thorough evaluations and assessments for clients experiencing a range of delays and disorders Create and execute tailored treatment plans for each individual Deliver therapy services to clients with care and attention Work together with fellow therapy team members to provide seamless care Keep detailed and current records of client progress Requirements National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) for Occupational Therapist, Registered Successfully completed the therapist-level fieldwork requirements as per the Essentials of an Accredited Educational Program for Occupational Therapists Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Colorado (DORA) by the start date Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance (available the first day of the month following 30 days of employment) Company paid life insurance, with voluntary buy-up options Short/Long term Disability, Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity coverage Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) 401K Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling to fit your individual and family needs Exceptional orientation and training program, including ongoing support and mentorship HERO employee recognition program Referral bonus Every visit matters.
