Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Role:

Occupational Therapist supporting older adults in various care settings, including assisted living, skilled nursing, memory support, and rehab.

Responsibilities:

Assess residents' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide evidence-based interventions to enhance independence, safety, and quality of life. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care. Educate families and caregivers on treatment approaches and progress. Document clinical outcomes and progress regularly.
