1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist with at least 1 year of experience working with elderly populations for a 13-week hospice/PACE program assignment in Grand Junction, CO. Details Work within a PACE (Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly) setting focused on comprehensive, coordinated care for seniors Patient population consists of elderly and frail individuals requiring support for daily living and independence Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule 13-week contract Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program required Minimum 1 year of experience working with elderly and frail populations required 1-3 years of experience as an OT preferred Current NBCOT registration required Active Colorado OT license required (license required if applicable) Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and adequate auto insurance required Minimum 2 years of overall experience required Additional Information Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to support patients in achieving optimal independence, safety, and quality of life Provide therapeutic interventions aligned with interdisciplinary care plans PACE is a federally and state-funded program serving seniors aged 55+ to help them live safely in their homes DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
